In this case, we are combining AI-powered recognition technology with human review to do everything possible to avoid the upload and creation of illegal content. Nevertheless, given the limitations of our technology and human review methods, we cannot fully eliminate the possibility of some accidental omissions.

All users need to employ our services lawfully, responsibly, and safely. As the platform provider, we are responsible for ensuring that our platform content complies with the principles of respect and morality, as well as the core values of our organization.

Prohibited Content

We have clearly listed the following prohibited content, please be sure to read it carefully and comply with our platform guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to:

Hate Speech: Content expressing hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.

Bullying and Harassment: Content that promotes attacks on individuals, race, community, religion or a certain gender, derogatory or severe sexual comments, threats to release sensitive data, usage of profanity, and hurtful language.

Suicide and Self harm: Content that displays or promotes self-harm or suicide methods.

Violence Incitement: Content that promotes violence/crime, use of ammunition, inciting violence, coordinating warfare etc.

Illegal Activities: Content that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements.

Privacy Violations: Using an individual’s personal information or biometric identifiers without obtaining necessary consent.

Intellectual property rights infringement: Infringing on the copyright or trademark or any other intellectual property right of other individuals.

Illegal Substances or Activities: Instructions for synthesizing, obtaining, or using illegal substances, goods, or services.

Unauthorized Tracking/Monitoring: Tracking or monitoring another person without consent.

High-Risk Automated Decisions: Automated decisions in high-risk areas like employment, housing, healthcare, insurance, legal services, or financial eligibility without meaningful human review.

Fraud and Scams: Content that promotes scams, frauds and spams.

Misrepresentation of AI-generated content: The act of falsely representing AI-generated content as being wholly generated by a human individual.

Undisclosed Impersonation: Impersonating others (living or deceased) without disclosure to deceive.

Misleading Professional Claims: Falsely claiming professional expertise in sensitive areas like health, finance, government, or law to deceive.

Political/Health Misinformation: Misleading statements related to government, democratic processes, or harmful health practices to deceive.

Child Sexual Abuse Material: Any content involving minors( less than 18 years old) shown exposed to sexual, physical and verbal abuse, solicitation, promoting child trafficking, nudity and other sexual content like arousal, witness to sexual acts, intimate conversations, etc. Zero tolerance.

Non-consensual Intimate Images: Intimate images without consent, including unauthorized use of someone’s likeness.

Explicit Sexual Content: Content related to sexual abuse, sexual acts including masturbation, intercourse, display of genitals, and private parts. An exception to this is content related to documentary or educational videos that require to show sexually explicit content.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content that is either uploaded to or generated by the service.

You have to make sure you have the right to upload and use all the material.

You are not allowed to upload images, videos, or any other content where you don’t hold the rights to.

Ownership and rights in the intellectual property to the inputted content belong entirely to the users or original rights owners.

It is entirely up to you to make sure the content does not violate anyone’s rights and complies with laws and policies.

Output generated by Vidmud is solely the responsibility of those technologies and does not represent or express our platform’s opinions. In view of the quick evolution of AI technologies and regulations, you are advised to check the content generated before applying it in a meaningful manner. These terms of use will not affect your ownership and rights at all.
