Vidmud strives to provide satisfactory services to our customers, and every customer's experience is of utmost importance to us.
Customers must read this refund policy carefully before purchasing and refund will be achieved only under acceptable circumstances via contacting us or submitting an online form.
Customers use the services provided by Vidmud to indicate that they have read, understood, and agreed to Vidmud Refund Policy.
Money-Back Guarantee
We currently offer monthly/annual subscriptions, as well as one-time credit add-on packages after subscription. Each with different refund rules:
Monthly Subscription:
We will provide a full refund if the credits have not been used within 30 days from the date of subscription. If any credits have been used, no refund will be provided.
Annual Subscription:
If less than 10% of the credits have been used within 30 days from the date of subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
If more than 10% of the credits have been used within 30 days from the date of subscription, a partial refund will be issued based on the remaining unused credits.
Refunds for Forgotten Subscription Cancellations:
If you forget to cancel your subscription and your account is charged, but you have not used any credits after the charge, you may contact us ASAP for a full refund of the payment.
One-Time Credit Packages:
We will provide a full refund if the credits are not used within 30 days from the date of purchasing; if the credits have already been used, a partial refund will be issued based on the remaining unused credits.
※Notice: AI content generation requires substantial computational resources. Credits that have been consumed cannot be recovered or refunded. All refunds apply only to unused portions.
We will not be able to accept refund requests that are initiated after all credits have been used up or more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Special Refund Case:
Refund requests for the tax due to the different policies in different countries will not be accepted.
Refund requests for the difference between the price you have paid and the promotional price will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of AI-generated content, results may vary and are not guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with output quality does not qualify for a refund.
If a refund is requested due to technical issues with the purchased product and service, and no solution has been provided within 30 days, we can refund the unused credits if the customer doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade.
We promise to do our best to resolve the issue for our users, and we kindly request their cooperation in providing relevant information.
How to cancel and refund:
If you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund, please fill out the online form or contact us directly via email: support@vidmud.com.
When you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged after the term expires. The unused credits and subscription privileges will be available till the end of your current plan’s term.
Once a refund is successfully processed, the remaining credits in your account will be immediately cleared, and your subscription will be terminated immediately. If you wish to continue using the service, you will need to resubscribe.
Processing Refunds:
We will review your refund request within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds should be back on your card within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase; we cannot refund to a different account.
Fee Changes:
Vidmud reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time at its sole discretion. We will inform you of any change to your Subscription fees in advance to allow you to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Any Subscription fee change will become effective immediately upon publishing, or, if you have an active Subscription, at the end of your then-current Billing Cycle.
Your continued use of a Subscription after a Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the revised Subscription fee amount.
Dispute Resolution:
If there is any question about your order and subscription, please contact us and provide us with the detailed information and the relief you seek. We will do our best to solve it to your satisfaction. If a formal chargeback was submitted directly before contacting us, we have the right to terminate the user's use of our products and services permanently.
Changes to This Policy:
We reserve the right to update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will be effective immediately, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
