What is the Vidmud Affiliate Program and how do I get commission?
The Vidmud Affiliate Program lets you earn 30% commissions simply by introducing Vidmud products on your website, blog, forum posts, social media, newsletters, etc., with your affiliate tracking links. When your audiences make a purchase through your affiliate links, you'll get commission.
Who can join the affiliate program?
Bloggers, website owners, influencers, community moderators, and anyone with other promotional resources are welcome to join the Vidmud affiliate program!
How can I get the marketing materials and special discounts?
As an affiliate partner, you can always contact your dedicated affiliate manager via affiliate@vidmud.com to get any promo materials. And we would love to offer you exclusive coupons based on your promotional placement and efforts.
How and when do I get paid?
We will pay you via PayPal or bank/wire transfer. There's a one-month holding period for all the referred orders. We will make payments for the unlocked orders on the 20th day of every month (business day).
Are commissions recurring?
No, commissions are only earned during the first billing cycle, not upon subscription renewal. If the customers you referred sign up for the monthly or yearly plan, you only earn commission for the first month or the first year. But if customers make multiple new orders in 120 days, you will get the commission for all the new orders that are made by your customers.
How long is the cookie duration?
The duration of the cookie is set to 120 days. This means that if a user purchases Vidmud products via your affiliate link within 120 days from clicking the link, you will receive commissions.
Can I do brand bidding?
Sorry, affiliates are not permitted to bid on Vidmud brand keywords and should abide by Vidmud's affiliate policy here. Affiliates are only allowed to use the non-brand keywords for the PPC campaign.
