These Affiliate Terms and Conditions set forth the guidelines for participation in the Vidmud Affiliate program. By applying to become a Vidmud affiliate, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions. Vidmud reserves the right to modify the Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Vidmud Affiliate Program after any changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes your consent to such changes. DEFINITIONS:

"We", "us", or "our" refers to Vidmud, Vidmud's company, and its website (https://www.vidmud.com/).
"You" or "your" refers to the Affiliate, and "your website" refers to any website, web pages, social media, applications, emails, advertisements, or other online service platforms that you own and link to our website.
"Program" or "affiliate program" refers to the Vidmud Affiliate Program.

ENROLLMENT:

To participate in the Vidmud affiliate program, you should complete the signup form and submit a program application via the third party platform we collaborate with. After receiving your application, we will review your information and notify you of your acceptance or rejection, typically within two business days. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. To get a timely review, you should provide real, accurate, and complete information.

WEBSITE RESTRICTIONS:

You must ensure that your website(s) do not infringe upon our or any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights; do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies; and do not contain any fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content.

PROMOTION GUIDELINES:

As a Vidmud Affiliate, you may promote your unique affiliate links and other marketing materials authorized by us on your website(s), blog posts, articles, email newsletters, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), etc.

However, you must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to:

Promoting invalid or fake coupon codes through any marketing channel.
Using any fraudulent or unauthorized methods to generate artificial affiliate clicks or orders, including but not limited to click fraud, fake transactions, or automated scripts.
Using pricing and discounts that differ from those on the official Vidmud website without our prior permission.
Engaging in any other activities that violate the policies or integrity of the affiliate program.

Affiliates found to be engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will result in termination from the program and the reversal of remaining commissions without prior notice.

ADVERTISING GUIDELINES:

As an authorized Vidmud affiliate, you may send traffic to our website via online advertising. However, you must not use any improper or unauthorized methods to sell or promote Vidmud. You must comply with the advertising policies of all relevant platforms and adhere to the following terms before launching any advertising campaigns.

You must not:

Bid on any Vidmud brand keywords (including variations or misspellings) on search engine or social media advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Yahoo/Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), including but not limited to Vidmud, Vidmud AI, vidmud.com, www.vidmud.com, or any Vidmud product names or trademarks.
Combine Vidmud brand keywords with other keywords (e.g., "Vidmud + coupon", "Vidmud discount", etc.) without Vidmud's prior written approval. Any such use must be disclosed to and approved by Vidmud in advance.
Use any Vidmud trademarks, logos, images, slogans, or any other proprietary materials in your Pay-Per-Click campaigns without our prior written consent.
Use any Vidmud trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website (e.g., Vidmud.website.com or www.vidmud-coupons.com).
Imitate or replicate the look, tone, text, or images of Vidmud's past or current advertisements, and your advertisements must be clearly distinguishable from ours unless expressly authorized by Vidmud.
Directly link to our website from any online advertisement or use redirects that result in the same behavior.

Additionally, we strongly recommend that you add our trademarked, branded, and misspelled phrases as negative keywords in your advertising campaigns to avoid potential conflicts or misunderstandings.

TERMINATION:

If we determine that you have violated any of these Terms & Conditions in your affiliate marketing activities, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account and withhold any outstanding commission payments.
