Credits are the currency you use to access powerful AI features on Vidmud AI Studio. Whether you subscribe monthly or annually, or purchase a one-time credit pack, here's everything you need to know about how credits are issued, when they expire, and whether they carry over.

Credits are granted all at once 

Whether you choose a monthly or yearly plan, credits will be issued to your account in a lump sum at the beginning of each billing cycle.

For example, if you purchase a yearly plan on June 24, 2026, 1500 credits will be issued to your account in one lump sum on June 24, 2026.

Do Credits expire?

For monthly subscriptions, credits are valid until the end of the monthly billing cycle. For annual subscriptions, credits are valid until the end of the annual billing cycle. 

Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and a new allocation of credits will be automatically added to your account for the next billing period. 

If you use up your subscription credits, you can purchase a Credit Pack for additional usage. As long as your subscription remains active, credits from your purchased Credit Pack will not expire.

Do unused Credits carry over into the next billing period?

No. Unused subscription credits do not carry over into the next billing period.

For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription that includes 200 credits on June 4, 2026, and only use 100 credits during the current billing period, the unused 100 credits will expire at the end of the billing cycle. For the next billing period, you will receive a new allocation of 200 credits.

Note: We recommend choosing a subscription plan based on your expected usage. 

To make the most of your credits and avoid expiration, please use them before the end of your billing cycle.
